Fiona Watson is a Teacher by profession of 20 years who offers regular taster sessions introducing people to mindfulness at Remedy House in Sheffield.
The taster session offers information on WHAT this is, WHY practice regularly and HOW it can impact our health and wellbeing.
She is a fully insured practitioner and registered with the CThA
She also offers:
- A 90 min weekly session as part of a course of either 6,12 or 18 weeks. This session offers teaching, the sharing of strategies and both seated and laid down meditation practice. These run on Wednesday and Friday daytimes andWed evenings.
- Just Practice’ classes (50 mins)– early Fri eve at 6pm. This offers a guided extended laid down or seated meditation time.
- One to one sessions– for people who’d prefer a more personalised approach
